SHIPPING

When will my order arrive?

Items are shipped within 1 week of when the order was placed, as all apparel is made to order. Please allow, on average 5-10 business days for shipping. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.

Why don't I see an Express Shipping Option?
Express Shipping is only available if you provide a phone number upon checkout.

Why are there additional costs to my order?
As our apparel is made to order, it is possible for your purchase to incur additional duty fees and taxes from UPS, FedEx, or DHL at customs, depending on where the article of clothing is coming from.

How can I increase the longevity of my apparel?
All our products come with attached care labels, please follow the directions on the care label to make the most use of your product.

What is my size?
Please check the sizing chart beside each item. If you are unsure on which size to order, contact us through the contact page and we will do our best to help you get the right fit.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, amazon pay and regular payments through your Paypal account. 

I placed an order but I haven't received order confirmation
Please check your junk/spam folder to ensure it was not sent there.  If you have checked your junk/spam folder already and have not received an email, please contact us at customerservice@12apostlesapparel.com or through our contact page with your name, items purchased, and the correct email address and we will correct the problem.

Who can I contact if I am having trouble with my online order?
You can contact us through the contact page or via email at customerservice@12apostlesapparel.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours turn around time. If you do not receive a response within that time frame, our apologies, we may be busy with many inquiries and will get back to you as soon as we can.
