Additional duty fees and taxes
As some of our apparel is made to order, it is possible for your purchase to incur additional shipping fees, as well as duty fees and taxes, from UPS, FedEx, or DHL at customs, depending on where the article of clothing is coming from. Please check each item to see if its shipped from the US or from Canada.

Shipping Times

Items are shipped within 1 week of when the order was placed, as all apparel is made to order. Please allow, on average 5-10 business days for shipping. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.

Express Shipping
Items are shipped within 1-2 days of when the order is placed, as all apparel is made to order. Please allow another 1-2 business days for shipping. *Express Shipping is only available if a phone number is provided at checkout*

Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to customer error (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (12 Apostles Apparel) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred.

Damaged/Opened Box
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim to the courier used to ship your order.
